Artwork Guidelines
The better the file you give us, the better your product will look. The best file to send would be an EPS vector format with pantone colors identified. Fonts converted to curves please! If this is not possible send us a .jpeg and we’ll do our best. Extensive artwork changes are subject to additional charges. Vector files should be no larger than 1-2mb (that pretty much covers even the most complex artwork). If your file is larger than this please contact us prior to uploading.

Where do I get my artwork from?
You tell me! Contact your head office, your designer or anyone else that would have access to your correct artwork (for corporate work make sure you have permission from the decision makers if applicable). If you’re having trouble tracking your art down, try your sign company or the printer who does your business cards, often they’ll be able to help and you can avoid artwork charges.

I ordered my products 3 weeks ago, why haven’t they arrived yet?
If you selected the product that you would like to order 3 weeks ago and approved the artwork 2 weeks later that only leaves 1 week for production and shipping. All production timelines START when you approve your artwork. Shipping time must also be allowed for. Rush jobs are possible but we need to have deadline dates communicated to us in advance so we can do everything in our power to meet them.

I sent my artwork for embroidery, why do I need to pay for a set-up charge?
Embroidery machines only read .dst files. We need to essentially translate your artwork into that format so the machine knows where to stitch. This is a one-time fee per size and it can be used again and again.

How can you do such low minimums on printed garments?
We use a digital print process that allows for no set-up fees. This greatly reduces your charges and makes it a more economical option than screen printing with a beautiful printed and durable outcome. We do still offer screen printing for larger orders.

I want a custom product but I don’t see anything that comes close on your website. Can you still help?
